What to expect when booking entertainment?

Unsure where to begin? Our team is ready to step in and assist you in every stage of the process. Hiring entertainment for your event can be a daunting task. Making sure you have the best possible price, are protected by the contract and have everything lined up for the show is a unique challenge. Here is what you can expect when you choose Contemporary Booking for your event:

1.Contact 

Our team will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours to begin the booking process. We’ll learn more about your event, budget and needs.

Talent Research

2. Research

We will confirm availability of the artists and deliver a curated list of suggestions within 5 business days. 

3. Contract

When ready to book we will send you a contract to be returned with a deposit (usually 50%). 

 

4. Planning/Scripting

We will be your resource for everything you need prior to the event. Around two months prior we will get in touch to start going over any remaining details. For weddings, our coordinator will work with you to set up any meetings with talent and to ensure everything goes perfect, from the initial announcements to the special dances.

5. Day of Event

Our team will have fully prepped the acts with all of the information they need. Our entertainers will arrive and execute your vision. Sit back and enjoy!
