TV On The Radio is an American indie rock band formed in 2001. The band is composed of four core members: vocalist Tunde Adebimpe, guitarist Kyp Malone, bassist Gerard Smith and drummer Jaleel Bunton. TV on the Radio has released six studio albums since their debut release in 2004 and have collaborated with other artists on various albums and singles. TV On The Radio has been acclaimed for their unique blend of post-punk, art rock, indie, electronic and soul styles. TV on the Radio have won numerous awards including a Grammy Award in 2008 for Best Alternative Music Album with Dear Science. They have also received three NME Awards and two MTV Video Music Awards.
